Last updated: 04 August 2026

Welcome to MOMPRENEURS Switzerland.

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland is a community for mothers, parents, founders, freelancers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and aspiring business owners who want to connect, learn, share ideas, and grow together.

By joining our community, attending our events, using our website, joining our member spaces, or participating in our activities, you agree to these Community Terms.

1. Who we are

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland is a community initiative based in Switzerland.

Website: mompreneurs.ch
General contact: hello@mompreneurs.ch

For general questions, partnership enquiries, membership questions, privacy requests, or community concerns, please contact hello@mompreneurs.ch.

2. Purpose of the community

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland exists to create a supportive space for mothers and parents who are building, exploring, or growing business ideas.

Our activities may include:

  • Community meetups
  • Baby-friendly coworking sessions
  • Networking events
  • Founder discussions
  • Workshops and courses
  • Guest speaker sessions
  • Online member spaces
  • Community resources and worksheets

The community is designed for connection, encouragement, learning, and collaboration.

3. Baby-friendly, not childcare

Some MOMPRENEURS Switzerland activities may be baby-friendly or child-friendly. This means babies and children may be welcome in the space.

However, MOMPRENEURS Switzerland does not provide childcare, babysitting, nursery services, or professional child supervision.

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for their own babies and children at all times, including their safety, wellbeing, feeding, changing, movement, and behaviour.

By attending a MOMPRENEURS Switzerland activity with your child, you agree that you remain responsible for your child throughout the event.

4. Respectful community behaviour

We want MOMPRENEURS Switzerland to feel warm, safe, inclusive, and supportive.

Members and participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, bullying, or intimidation
  • Respect different parenting choices, cultures, backgrounds, and business journeys
  • Give advice with care and humility
  • Avoid unsolicited judgement or pressure
  • Respect confidentiality when others share personal or business stories
  • Not misuse the community for spam, aggressive sales, or inappropriate promotion

We may remove a person from an event, group, or community space if their behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, harmful, or not aligned with the purpose of the community.

5. Business, legal, financial, and health disclaimer

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland may share business ideas, founder stories, educational content, wellness reflections, community resources, and peer support.

However, unless clearly stated otherwise, our content and events do not provide professional legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, psychological, or childcare advice.

Members are responsible for making their own decisions and seeking qualified professional advice where needed.

6. Events, venues, and participation

Event details such as date, time, venue, programme, speakers, and format may change when necessary.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time, following venue rules, respecting shared spaces, and supervising their own belongings and children.

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings unless required by law.

7. Photo and video consent

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland may take photos and videos during events, workshops, meetups, or community activities. These may be used for:

  • Community updates
  • Website content
  • Social media posts
  • Newsletters
  • Event recaps
  • Promotional materials
  • Press or partnership materials

Because our community may include babies and children, we aim to be especially careful and respectful when using images.

For close-up, clearly identifiable, or child-focused photos and videos, we will seek appropriate consent wherever possible.

If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, or if you do not want your child to appear in photos or videos, please tell us before or during the event. You can also contact us at hello@mompreneurs.ch.

If you later wish to request removal of a photo or video, please email hello@mompreneurs.ch. We will review and respond to reasonable removal requests. Please note that we may not be able to fully remove content that has already been shared, reposted, downloaded, or published by third parties.

8. Member-generated content

If you share comments, testimonials, photos, videos, ideas, or other content with MOMPRENEURS Switzerland, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

We will not publish personal testimonials, close-up images, or sensitive stories in a promotional context without appropriate permission.

Members should not share screenshots, private stories, personal contact details, or images of other members or children outside the community without permission.

9. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By joining the community, registering for events, subscribing to updates, or using our website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for community, event, communication, and administrative purposes.

You can contact us about privacy questions or data requests at hello@mompreneurs.ch.

10. Future paid events, courses, or memberships

At the moment, parts of the MOMPRENEURS Switzerland community may be free.

If paid meetups, workshops, courses, memberships, or digital products are introduced in the future, additional payment terms, refund rules, cancellation policies, and event-specific conditions may apply.

These will be communicated before purchase or registration.

11. Partnerships and event support

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland may collaborate with venues, speakers, sponsors, brands, service providers, or event partners.

Such collaborations do not automatically mean that MOMPRENEURS Switzerland endorses every product, service, opinion, or business shared by a partner, speaker, or member.

12. Limitation of responsibility

MOMPRENEURS Switzerland aims to create thoughtful, safe, and supportive community experiences.

However, participation in events, meetups, workshops, online spaces, and community activities is at your own responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Community Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on mompreneurs.ch.
